About the program
On completion of this program, you will be able to: - Identify, consult, interpret and apply the various by-laws applicable to the diverse work tasks - Refer to best practices and technological knowledge in the building industry and apply them when carrying out work (relating to materials, components, methods, precautions, etc.). - Consult, read and interpret building plans and specifications efficiently and accurately - Monitor compliance and quality of work - Estimate quantities and costs of construction - Establish, apply and adapt health and safety schedules and programs to any constraints encountered - Identify and note relevant data, establish documents and files and carry out transactions required for project execution, both for small buildings and the residential sector and for large buildings in the commercial, institutional and industrial sectors |
