About this establishment
With a downtown location and a tunnel that connects the campus to Atwater Metro, Dawson students have easy access to city life, arts and culture. Between classes, they can step outside to enjoy our Living Campus, an urban biodiversity zone.
Students enjoy a vibrant campus life, including theatre productions, vernissages and exhibits at the Warren G. Flowers Art Gallery and student clubs and activities for every interest and hobby. Para-academic activities include Model U.N., Robotics, the Neuroscience Research Group and more. Home of the Dawson Blues, student athletes play on 17 intercollegiate teams in 11 different sports.
The building is a heritage site, the jewel of which is the library. Dawson continues to evolve and has a growing number of active learning classrooms and laboratories. As a commitment to the future of our students and well-being for all, the College pledged to be Carbon Neutral Forever.
